Welcome everyone to the first of many blogs telling you about my internship in Maine. I'm a little late in starting a blog because I actually started my internship in October. But better late than never, right? So far, there have been TONS of things happening on campus since I started this internship. An illusionist called THE MAZE came to campus last month. When he came, he gave a great show that blew away the audience of about 500 students and shared with them what it means to be a real Christian. Afterward, we collected cards from the students that asked them how they felt about the show. From these cards, we found out that 84 people accepted Christ. What a blessing. I am now in the midst of getting in contact with some of these students and sharing with them more in depth. I'm excited to see what God does with them!
So Christmas is coming and it will find me here in Maine with Drew and his family. I'm excited to spend some time with my "Maine family" but I'm going to miss coming down and seeing my own stocking filled by the chimney with care. Does Santa even come to Maine? Will he even find me? These are all questions I will have to answer later.
I guess that's all that I can update you on right now. There is snow falling outside that is beckoning me to roll it into a ball and throw at someone... specifically Drew. Thanks for coming and visiting my site. I'm excited to update it more later. Much Love.
